Course Description:
Expanding the office work space takes an internal team effort along with a design firm and a general contractor that recognizes your company’s concept and works with you to ensure your workplace environment objectives are met. With any new project you can expect some challenges along the way. The most important factors to limit challenges include team collaboration, recognizing past adverse conditions experienced, being proactive and the overall project execution.
