Kylie Roth, Director, Workplace Research and Strategy has extensive workplace and research experience with a broad range of clients and market types. With a background in design and in-depth knowledge of today’s workforce and workplace, Kylie focuses on the connection between workplace design, user experience and business outcomes. In her role, she investigates emerging workplace trends and contributes insights and best practices to help client’s connect their own organizational culture, business objectives and project criteria into appropriate planning and product solutions.
Prior to joining Knoll in 2010, Kylie worked as a Senior Interior Designer for HOK. In her position there she worked with top-tier clients in all fields, carrying out full-scope responsibilities associated with all aspects of design, including planning, programming, product selection, branding and construction.
Kylie earned a B.F.A. in Interior Design and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Maryville University. She is a LEED accredited professional and member of CoreNet Global, NewWOW and IFMA
